What:  Women & Girls History Tour


When: Saturday September 20, 2025 from 8:30am to 5:00pm


Where: Kick off location Susan B. Anthony Park,  King St. Rochester, NY (Bus pick up)


1st Stop: Frederick Douglass International Airport, 8:30 am Proclamation given from County Legislator Yversha Roman


2nd Stop: 9:30/9:45am Frederick and Anna Douglass & Susan B. Anthony Gravesites @ Mt. Hope Cemetery


3rd Stop: 11:45am The National Women Hall of Fame, Seneca Falls NY


4th Stop: 1:30pm Harriet Tubman Gravesite, Auburn, NY


5th Stop: 1:45pm Harriet Tubman House


6th Stop: 4pm Susan B. Anthony House Tour  


Why: This history tour will focus on women and girls and the vital need for correcting historical gaps, providing role models, and inspiring future generations. Traditional history has often overlooked or erased women's accomplishments, and this tour can help restore a complete and inclusive narrative.  Our ultimate goal is to strengthen the bond between women and girls in the community by promoting the importance of healthy mental health tactics that can create a lifelong impact! "We won't know where we are going if we don't know where we have been".

Established in 2017, You are Beautifully Made LLC. is a nonprofit organization whose goal is to bridge the gap between women and girls while supporting their basic needs. It is a brand designed to support, educate, and provide resources. Our mission is to address the need for a more holistic approach by providing workshops, retreats, awareness, and support. Our events centered on a holistic and balanced approach to meeting the social- emotional needs of young girls while fostering the women and girl relationship. Our programming and events arm families with mental health resources, educational opportunities, and other community support. It is to aid in the development of confidence within young women and mothers in the community.
