RCSD Calls on Rochester Community to Join District Workforce

The Rochester City School District is calling on community members, including parents, caregivers, and relatives of RCSD students, to consider joining the District workforce as schools prepare for the 2026 - 2027 school year.

The District is actively hiring for a variety of school-based and district positions, with an immediate need for substitute teachers, teaching assistants, paraprofessionals, and other critical roles that directly support students and schools.

Full-time, part-time, and substitute opportunities are available, with some positions offering flexible schedules that align with the school day and calendar.
