The food prepared by D’Mangu Restaurant was more than enough to control the appetite of everyone present. The master of ceremony was Harry Roldan wearing a shirt of Roberto Clemente and later one of Iván Rodríguez. Roldan opened the show full of energy with a dance routine where literally he was out of breath, but without taking a moment to recover, immediately everyone was enjoying with his stories. Main topics were the Spanglish, Latino Immigration and relations of partners. The themes and the punch lines gave reasons more than enough to fill the theater of laughter. The Committee of the Puerto Rican Festival hosted this event led by its President Orlando Ortiz and his Committee, Ida Perez, Yesenia Ramos, Margarita G. Reyes, Yesenia Ramos, Leslie M. Rivera, Aurora Vega, Elizabeth Rosa and Maritza Mercado and volunteers.
Noche de comediaPor Jimmy Falu El Teatro German House en Gregory St, sirvió de cede a los comediantes Bill Santiago y Mike Robles quienes junto a comediantes locales Anette Ramos, Elvis Reyes y Davis Abdack llenaron el teatro de risas y carcajadas en una noche de mucha alegría, donde la música a cargo de DJ Tony Capone y el paladar latino estuvo bien presente. El maestro de ceremonia lo fue Harry Roldan vistiendo una camisa de Roberto Clemente y luego con una de Iván Rodríguez. Roldan abrió el show lleno de energía con una rutina de baile donde literalmente le faltaba el aire, pero con sin coger un momento para recuperarse, inmediatamente todos estaban gozando con sus anécdotas. Los temas principales fueron el Spanglish, la inmigración latina y las relaciones de parejas. Los temas y los punch lines dieron razones más que suficientes para llenar el teatro de carcajadas y mal de rizas. El comité del Puerto Rican Festival fueron los anfitriones de este evento encabezado por su presidente Orlando Ortiz y por su comité, Ida Pérez, Yesenia Ramos, Margarita G. Reyes, Yesenia Ramos, Leslie M. Rivera, Aurora Vega, Elizabeth Rosa y Maritza Mercado y voluntarios. |
The German House Theatre in Gregory St, housed the comedians Bill Santiago and Mike Robles who along with local comedians Anette Ramos, Elvis Kings and Davis Abdack filled the theater of laughter in a night of great joy, where the music in charge of DJ Tony Capone and the Latin flavor were well present.
